A space to slow things down, untangle the noise, & reconnect with yourself.

Therapy for women who feel stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, and second-guessing themselves.

Hey, I’m Holly - I’m really glad you’re here :)

I’m a qualified therapist (with real training, real experience… and a big soft spot for people whose minds never seem to switch off).

I work mostly with women who feel stuck in overthinking -
constantly analysing, second-guessing, and not quite sure what they actually want anymore.

Not in a dramatic, everything’s-falling-apart way.

More in that quiet, constant
“why can’t I just switch off?” kind of way.

You might recognise some of this:

• feeling stuck in the same patterns
• not being sure what you actually want anymore
• constantly second-guessing yourself
• feeling anxious, low in confidence, or just not quite like yourself
• feeling like you should have life more “figured out” by now

If that sounds familiar, you’re definitely not the only one.

And you don’t have to keep trying to untangle it all on your own.

“If you feel like your mind never switches off - constantly analysing, overthinking, and second-guessing yourself…

therapy can help you slow things down and reconnect with your own voice again.”

What Therapy With Me Is Like

Therapy doesn’t have to feel formal, clinical, or full of jargon.

With me, it’s:

✨ honest
✨ gentle
✨ real
✨ grounded in your experience
✨ focused on you, not a worksheet

We’ll talk about what you’re feeling, what’s been on repeat in your mind, and what you actually want to change or understand about yourself.

Therapy isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about:

  • feeling heard

  • making sense of what’s been going on

  • understanding why you do what you do

  • building trust in yourself (not just checking boxes)

You lead the journey - I’m here to support you through it

what i offer

You can come and see me in person in Lichfield or we can meet online (both sessions types are comfy and flexible).

So whether you’re local or curled up at home with a cuppa, we can make it work.

  • Ongoing support for deeper self-exploration and growth.

    • £60 per 1 hour session in-person (Lichfield) or online (Google Meet)

    • Offered weekly or fortnightly at regular or flexible times (where available)

I offer a discount rate of £45 for those on mat leave, low/no income, students or simply because that would make therapy accessible to you. No questions asked - just let me know you would like the discounted rate.

  • Flexible check-ins for when life feels heavy.

    • Same price as regular therapy

    • Booked ad hoc, based on my availability

    • Ideal for returning clients or those needing drop-in support

☕ Curious But a bit Unsure?

That’s completely normal.

Starting therapy can feel a little strange at first - especially if you’ve never done it before.

That’s why I offer a free 20-minute intro call.

It’s a relaxed chat where you can:

talk through what’s been going on for you
✨ ask any questions you might have
get a sense of whether it feels like a good fit

No pressure.
No commitment.

Just a chance to talk things through.

I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have a BA (hons) and I qualified with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Keele University in 2016.

Over the past 10+ years I’ve worked as a counsellor in:

• a young people’s charity
• higher education
• private practice

So while the space we create together is relaxed and down-to-earth, it’s also grounded in solid training and experience - you’re working with someone who genuinely cares about getting this right.
